Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

  • Orders received on business days prior to 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time are processed and shipped on the day they are received; other orders are shipped on the next business day.

Shipping Time

  • Domestic Priority Mail shipping time varies from next day to three days depending on location in the U.S.
  • Other shipping times depend on the carrier and service chosen at checkout.
  • Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping for domestic orders over $75.
  • Shipping choices and costs for all other orders are shown during checkout prior to order placement.
  • International orders do not include duties or taxes. Fees may be due on receipt.

Shipping Notifications

  • A shipping confirmation email is sent to the customer automatically as each order is fulfilled.
  • An ‘out for delivery’ email is sent to the customer automatically after orders with tracking information are out for delivery.
  • A ‘delivered’ email is sent to the customer automatically after orders with tracking information are delivered.

Missing or Damaged Packages

  • If an order is lost or damaged, we will send a replacement.
  • We will not send a replacement package to an alternate address.

Local Pickup

  • We do not offer local pickup.
